Came here as part of a bridal party with 9 ladies for mani/​pedis. We had let them know months in advance but only had 3 employees in on a Saturday. The services were very rushed and not at all pampering. I could have painted my nails myself because that’s pretty much all they did. As with most pedicures they use that scrub on your legs and feet but here they applied it for about 10 seconds before washing it off. Same for the lotion.
The quality of the nail paint was also awful. All of our nail colors started to get a little weird after they dried. As I was getting my manicure the woman actually put the clear liquid to thin out and extend the bottle of polish! Right in front of me! I’m pretty sure no one wants to know that they are getting «watered down» polish.
Service was not friendly and felt like an assemble line. If they had been better staffed to accommodate our party it may have been better but who knows. I would stay away from this place as booking months in advance still didn’t help.

I booked my Daughters Bridal party for 12, Hair, make-​up pedicure and manicures. I booked a couple of months in advance, also left a deposit. I was extremely disappointed with the service we were given. There was not enough staff to take care of everyone in a timely manner. The make-​up artist left after the 3^rd person, saying she would be back in an hour. She never returned, and she was paid up front also. Our money was refunded, but the make up was not done. I think this was very rude and inconsiderate. It is not very business like to treat customers that way, when this was booked way in advance.
On the upside the lady who did everyone’s hair, did a wonderful job, and everyone was very happy with their hair. My daughter’s hair looked beautiful. The pedicures and manicures came out great.

Only place around that does hair wraps for kids. Very polite and a very clean place.

I went here with my sister and almost sister in law to get manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding. My nails were chipped the next day and so were the brides. The pedicure didn’t last long at all but was decent. When I was drying my nails under the black light I noticed how hot it was. I removed my hand and burnt my finger. I ducked down and realized that the black light has no guard and it about a quarter of an inch from where your hand goes. I notified them they at least need to put up a sign warning people about the hot bulbs and the lady just walked away showing her disinterest in what I was saying. Not pleased with this place. At all.

Nice people doing nice work! Very detailed and precise. In precise I mean she poured nail polish remover in a small cup and used a little tool to remove any excess polish. 2.5 half days later and neither my finger or toenails have a single chip. Carried on a conversation in a non forceful way; letting me read my magazine or scroll my phone at leisure. No wait at all (after being told 1.5 hour wait at the place next door) and reasonable prices-​$ 35 for mani and pedi. Location is right across from Postcard Inn on the Beach.
Would have given 5 stars but color selection is a little less than most places and no drink was offered. Wish I could give a ½ star bonus for not offering to do a flower on my big toe…
