I really wanted to like this place. I had a couple of successful oil changes there, and I appreciated how the manager calls to thank you for your business. I also had one headlight changed successfully.
This past experience has convinced me to never return. The other headlight went out, so I returned to have it fixed. One night later, I realized both of my headlights had suddenly stopped working (other cars kept flashing me with their lights), but when I hit a bump one turned back on.
One of the lights just didn’t work so it must have burnt out again, and the other one that they had just worked on was missing its backing! The wires were exposed and had been jostled loose. I called and setup an appointment.
They were gracious at the appointment and replaced both bulbs for free. This would have been perfect, except that the guy at the front desk told me that no wires were exposed and took the time to show me in the car motor and try to make me feel crazy. I know they were exposed both because I saw it and because several of my friends did. I don’t appreciate the sneakiness of their actions (trying to convince me that I was in the wrong and they had done nothing wrong), and therefore I cannot trust them with larger repairs on my car. It’s too bad because I wanted to go here!

Friendly and helpful people — the counter staff have always been great, and in good humor. My experience there has been limited to oil changes, maybe half a dozen times in the last two years — so I can’t say much about their mechanical acumen. But with the exception of an un-​installed oil filler cap (…) their work has been fine. In addition, they tend to be pretty snappy — if they say it will be done in 45 minutes, it will be done in 45 minutes, or so it’s gone for me.
Now about the filler cap issue: I don’t mean any offense to to the lube-​techs of the world, but anytime you have someone else change your oil and/​or rotate your tires, you really need to do a basic set of sanity checks: look for leaks underneath, from the pan or filter, check the oil level on the dipstick and finally, check the filler cap. If the wheels were rotated, check at least a few of the lug nuts — make sure they’re all in-​place and you can’t easily remove them.
Then for the first 50 miles, pay extra attention to any new sounds, vibrations, smells, etc. this is all just basic, cheap common-​sense insurance against an unexpected breakdown. It applies to all service situations, not just oil changes!
They’d have gotten ⁵⁄₅ but for the cap. Otherwise, they’re fast & friendly — good place to get your basic periodic vehicle services.
