Specialties
We use an open floor plan with a 6 Large flat screen Tvs around the facility. On each of the screens there are Two Exercises.
You do each exercise Twice and you spend 5 Minutes there. hence the 5 Minute Fitness Gym.
The exercises are generally low weight and high repetition geared towards full body workouts that allow us to tone and burn calories. It is east to increase weight to build strength where you see fit. This is not a body building gym.
There are six stations giving you a quick full body 30 minute workout
We run a set of exercises Monday and Tuesday, a different set Wednesday and Thursday, and a combination on Friday and Saturday.
This gives you three different workouts a week.
We change one screen or (station) on each of the three workouts a week.
There is a Timer up on the wall that tells you right where to be and when to move. You are sure to get the most out of your 30 Minutes.
History
Established in 2015.
This history of this business does not stem from very long ago. With the ever changing fitness world we decided it was a time for everyone to have a tool that can be customized to their individual needs. After 2 years in development this past January the 5 Minute Fitness Gym was rolled out. It can be used by trainers to corporate team building events all the way to the individual user.

Coming from a long history of athletic competition and striving for excellence at every task, Greg has put himself in a position to roll out a new and unique fitness tool called the 5 Minute Fitness Gym. With a thirst for helping others and making sure everyone has the guidance and motivation to accomplish their biggest dreams, he feels that this facility can not only provide a guide for physical fitness, but mental strength and self confidence as well. He enjoys the daily activities that include leading by example and interacting with the different types of people acting to improve their lives.
