I had come here for a second opinion on my car. Fiat of Creve Coeur wanted to bend me over and give it to me real good but that typically requires a dinner date. After being quoted over $ 2000 to replace the solenoid pack, I decided to thrust my luck somewhere else. Considering there was only one other Fiat dealer in the area, and because I like saying the word butler, I went to Jim Butler Fiat to have their mechanics give an opinion. They were very upfront and forthcoming with information. They ran diagnostiscs and told me that the Fist Me of Creve Coeur was more full of shit than the Church of Fudge and all I needed was to check my oil. Needless to say, they checked my oil. They could have easily ripped me off but didn’t; they saved me $ 2000 bucks! Take your Fiats here, people!

Ok, so to start off here I will state that I did buy a new fiat from this location. The review is not reflective of the salesman or anyone else on staff that I worked with, they were all very nice people who earned my sale. The reason I am giving them a 3 star is due to their sales process. Whoever is running Jim Buttler — it’s time to update your sales process. There is no reason you should waste your customers time with psychological tricks like the 4 square, or the old «salesman is on your side; I just have to make 25 trips back to the mean old sales manager who won’t budge» until he does. There is no reason the outdated and archaic process of auto buying from 1985 should still be in existence: I wanted nothing more than to leave after 5 hours spent to buy a car. We had excellent credit, a great down payment, and a trade in. Just make it easier to do business and we will remember you for future purchases — not for he nightmarish waste of time associated with your sales process.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT take your car here for repairs!!! They are unprofessional and slow as hell! Plus one of their mechanics spilled orange soda under my hood!!! Never again!
