So you probably already know what I specialize in! I assist people in buying and selling homes.

I have experience working with everyone from first-​time home buyers, step up home buyers, downsizers and investors. I can adapt to any situation whether it’s taking the first-​timer through the transaction with a bit of hand holding, to making aggressive offers with the investor, I’m ready and able to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.

I’m aggressive in marketing my listings and staying on top of the activity in the area to ensure the house is priced competitively while fetching top dollar for my sellers.

I feel I have found my niche as a real estate agent, as my clients have attested to in the many great testimonials I have received. While buying or selling a home is definitely a team effort, I act as team captain to ensure we win the game!

History

Established in 2008.

Yes, I got my real estate license at the beginning of the worst recession since the great depression. Most people were supportive, but I heard a lot of comments like, «oh real estate… how’s that going? Must be tough».

While a lot of agents who had been doing this for years were dropping out around me, I worked harder and harder to succeed. I learned how to make it in a tough market, so I didn’t know any different. This is a business that required a lot of stamina and effort. I wasn’t afraid to make calls and walk neighborhoods to get things going. It has paid off as most of my business comes from referrals from satisfied past clients.

I was «rookie of the year» 2009, ranked in the top ten of an office of over 100 agents in 2010 and have been in the multi-​million dollar club every year.

I run my own business. But I couldn’t do it without the great team of people that I have accumulated over the years. I work with an excellent real estate broker, IT advisor, educators, lenders, title agents, insurance agents, general contractors, inspectors (building, radon, mold, pest, sewer, septic/​well etc), co-​agents, the list goes on. My clients and I all benefit by having a great sphere of people on which we can depend!
