History

Established in 1999.

Dr. James D. Gould is a board-​certified Otolaryngologist who completed his residency training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Gould founded Synergy ENT Specialists, which continues to be dedicated to offering the most advanced, cutting-​edge treatments available for pediatric and adult patients.

In 2010 Dr. Gould pioneered In-​Office Balloon Sinus Dilation. A proven procedure for recurrent and/​or chronic sinusitis. In 2011, Dr. Gould opened the St. Louis Sinus Center in order to accommodate patients’ requests for the procedure.

Dr. Gould has performed thousands of In-​Office Balloon Sinus Dilation procedures. Regularly, ENT surgeons travel across the country to the St. Louis Sinus Center to observe and learn his techniques of In-​Office Balloon Sinus Dilation. As a result of his extensive training initiatives, he received the National Center of Excellence Award.

Dr. James Gould is the founder and medical director of Synergy ENT Specialists and St. Louis Sinus Center. Dr. Gould is a board-​certified Otolaryngologist who completed his residency training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis – the nation’s première Otolaryngology program. While at the University, Dr. Gould received special honors for his award winning research in basic science. Dr. Gould continues to bring the-​most-​cutting-​edge, state-​of-​the-​art technology to his patients, and he provides comprehensive Ear, Nose & Throat care to Adult and Pediatric patients of all ages.

Viewed by his peers as a pioneer, Dr. Gould has performed thousands of In-​Office Balloon Sinus Dilation procedures. Regularly surgeons travel across the country to the St. Louis Sinus Center to observe and learn his techniques for In-​Office Balloon Sinus Dilation.
