Authentic Moroccan cuisine using traditional family recipes! Serving lunch, dinner, and drinks, and offering reservations, walk-ins, take-out, and group seating. With a variety of menu items, we have several low-fat and vegetarian options. We have bellydancing entertainment the first Saturday of every month, as well as our Wine Nights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.

Abderrahmane and Assia Meskine are a husband-and-wife team that opened the very first Moroccan restaurant in St. Louis! We are a family-owned restaurant that offers authentic and traditional Moroccan dishes that are very flavorful, yet not hot and spicy. Shortly after we opened our doors, we were chosen as Best Middle Eastern Restaurant in St. Louis for 2014 by the Riverfront Times! We are very proud of the food we serve and want to make each person’s experience the best it can be!

Business Owner
After a long career as IT Engineer Abder decided to follow Assia in her dream to start a Moroccan restaurant in Saint Louis. Why Saint Louis? Because of a son who decided to settle in Saint Louis and his daughter Cadence Lina they choose to immigrate to the US in September 2012. In september, 7 2013 and after three months of works Baida started operating and started offering authentic Moroccan food.
