Great customer service. Friendly staff. I ended up being not too crazy about a pair I picked up a couple of weeks earlier, and they let me return them for a different pair no questions asked.

Bad service. I went here for an update on my prescription and had several issues. I saw a male doctor who was irritable. I wasn’t happy with my vision after ordering contacts so I called to follow up and the owner was really helpful and nice. She set me up with another woman who is really part time but she was super nice. We ended up with the correct Rx and they let me exchange my contacts. I have three stars instead of one because of her and the owner. But I called again to follow up on my Rx bc I had issues with a pair of glasses I ordered from another store and I figured it wasn’t right. There were two diff guys who answered and were inconvenienced by my call and a little rude. Put me on hold and were not helpful. I’ve worn glasses and contacts for nearly 20 years. I think I would know when things aren’t accurate with my vision. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my yearly update.

Poor services. They did not give me the prescription unless I order glasses in their store, which make me so upset. No smile, impatient. I do not recommend this store.
