I usually pick businesses to patronize by word of mouth referrals both positive and negative. I viewed an extremely unprofessional written response by this salon to some honest feedback by a customer and due to that would not want to give my business to them. Even if they feel a customer has been a pain as a business I expect them to retain a modicum of respect if they are going to earn my business.

EXTREMELY impressed with Sculptures! Made a last minute same-​day appointment on a whim to get an updo for a friends wedding. I have very long very thick hair — which can be a challenge when it comes to doing an updo. I asked the stylist to do something fun, something with braids if she felt comfortable and she whipped up an amazing do that felt great AND stayed up the whole night (and even the next morning!) There were a lot of pins and product, but it didn’t fell icky or look like a helmet head. Thoroughly impressed!
