Seems like a low bidder performance. The steak was tough. The Mac and cheese needed seasoning. Grilled baked potato was good.
I have had worse. I also have had, and made, better than this. I may have caught this crew on a bad day. I expect better than this.

AWESOME!
Blackbird Catering catered my friend’s wedding rehearsal dinner and the food and service was amazing. The BBQ pulled pork is to die for! I am seriously thinking about having them cater my wedding!

You know one of my best qualities is when I am wrong I am wrong I admit it — and guess what your’s truly is dead wrong and have to retract my Unilocal review. I ended up with a virus, so it wasn’t their food at all. It was ME totally. The reason I was «meh» because I was sick. I think Gordon Ramsay’s food would have received a «meh» from me as well:)
The owner reached out to me and actually inquired which is 4 stars in my book. I want to have the opportunity to try their food again when I know I am not sick.

Trent is an awesome caterer. I’ve been at many events that he has catered and he’s nailed it every time. He’s a fun, responsible, flexible guy who is passionate about food, and that translates into some seriously good eats. Craving creative cake? He’s got the whole creative decorating thing down pat. Begging for BBQ? He’s got his own BBQ trailer, which he built himself. Her name’s Elsie and man can she smoke ribs! Hoping for something healthy? He can do that too. Give him a call. You won’t regret it! Just plan ahead — he gets booked up quickly!
