1111 MAIN offers a wide variety of Indoor Cycling, Yoga & Pilates Reformer classes in a beautiful space in St. Helena, CA — the heart of Napa Valley!

Indoor Cycling: We offer indoor cycling 7 days a week at 9 AM. It burns serious calories (about 600 in 60 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. 1111 MAIN classes are open to all levels.

Yoga: We offer amazing Vinyasa Flow classes.

Pilates Reformer: Classes usually involve a combination of mat work, and reformer and chair exercises.

Hip-​Hop for Kids: During the school year we offer Hip — Hop classes for your kids as an after-​school alternative.

Meditation: We offer a meditation class that introduces the students to its powers.

Body Sculpt: Many use this class as a supplemental workout with indoor cycling, to get a FULL body workout, but is available to all. This class uses circuit training to increase your heart rate and sculpt your muscles.

History

Established in 2008.

1111 MAIN was founded by husband and wife duo Perry and Carolyn Butler in St. Helena, California — the heart of the Napa Valley. 1111 MAIN is a non-​profit center, dedicated to giving back to the St. Helena community. All profits are re-​invested into the community in the form of free classes and workshops, seminars, and donations to other local groups in need. Our cycling classes are the best the Valley! Offered each morning and select weekday evenings, our classes combine core focus and upper body development with weights to give you a full body workout. Taught in the style of NYC’s famous SoulCycle, our classes will get you hooked on this cardio-​blast. In addition, we offer yoga, pilates, body sculpt and meditation classes each week to further focus your mind and refine your body.
