I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the quality of the work. There were streaks, smears and drops on nearly every window. The frames of the windows were not wiped down and had dirty drops of water on them following the cleaning. The screens were as dirty after the cleaning as they were before. It was all about getting in and out as quickly as possible, and not making sure the job was done correctly. The workers did not appear to be qualified window cleaners, just a couple of students looking for a quick paycheck, until something better came along. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the job, they chose to refund me $ 35 of the $ 105 paid rather than do the job right.
