Always fresh ingredients from the toppings to the crust. Traditional pizza combination and specialties include but not limited to: Roy’s Combo (Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Mushroom, Olive, Pineapple, Green Pepper, Onion, Sausage), Chicken Bacon Ranch (ranch dressing in place of marinara sauce), and Chicken Alfredo (alfredo sauce in place of marinara sauce). Or build your own pie by selecting from over 15 toppings and four sauces (marinara, ranch, alfredo, bbq).

Pasta dishes (build your own) come with your choice of pasta and sauce. Over 5 noodles to choose from and four delicious sauces (pesto, marinara, meat marinara, alfredo). You may also top you pasta with chicken, steamed vegetables, crab, or all, if you choose! All pasta orders include a baguette that is cooked to perfection in Roy’s stoned lined ovens.

History

Established in 1986.

Roy, Kathrine and their family opened for business on Halloween 1986 in the old Social Hall in Ephraim, Utah. The word spread quickly that Roy offered the best pizza in the area. Ephraim residents and Snow College students became addicted to the pizza, and mozzarella sticks. In 2002, Roy started making delicious pasta dishes.

Because of Roy’s great product, people from all over the nation travel to Ephraim to have his legendary pie!

Roy opened his second location in January 2012 at 1013 East 700 South in St. George, Utah. Keeping with the Roy’s tradition, Nolan (Roy’s son) operates and manages this new location insuring the same quality and service that his mom and dad established over 25 years ago. It is more than likely you will see Roy or one of the family members working at either location.
