When Mr. Peary Barker retired in 1974, Rodney G. Garner was promoted to president of the Company. Mr. Garner’s major accomplishments in the last 30 years include the Company’s entry into the security systems business and the creation of Mountain Alarm, a division of the Company that pursues the security systems business. The continual internal growth of the Company, as well as its numerous acquisitions of related security companies (such as the recent acquisitions in Idaho, Colorado, Arizona and Washington) will continue to propel the Company into the ranks of the nations largest Alarm Companies.
