Business Owner

I have been managing, coaching and training real estate agents and managers for the past 13 years. Responsible for new business development, recruiting, growth and profitability. Specializing in the turn around of under performing offices to profitability, I have a unique perspective that I draw on when coaching and consulting.

Prior to managing and coaching I led a team that closed over 100 transactions annually.

Heavy emphasis in using systems and an online presence for lead generation and client aggregation.

First licensed in 1985, I am a 2^nd generation real estate practitioner and have worked in California, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado and Nevada. I have held positions as VP of relocation,

Area broker for Freddie Mac, Branch broker, principle broker, regional manager in San Francisco and most recently as the Director of Business Development in San Francisco and East Bay.
