I’ve seen their truck at the Food Truck Roundup in the Ace Hard ware parking lot on Bluff, but I didn’t have room left after trying the other trucks to give Bites Mini Donuts a try. This time I found them at DSU and decided to stop by. Hard to miss their cute pink truck with donuts on it! They have a machine on the truck and make the donuts fresh to order. I waited about 10 minutes, but didn’t mind since they had a line and depending on what size ordered, they can only go so fast and make so many at a time. $ 3 — Small comes with 6 mini donuts $ 4 — Medium comes with 12 mini donuts $ 5 — Large comes with 16 mini donuts $ 6 — Specially flavors only come in large(16 count) size The girl who helped me was very nice and said the«Cinni Mini» was most popular, so I ordered that. The donuts were sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and then drizzled with a cream cheese icing. The donuts had a nice light crunch on the outside, but a bit oily, making it hard to eat 16 of them. Glad I was sharing with hubby! The cream cheese icing tasted good and they made sure every single donut got some of it which was nice. The prices are very fair considering the amount of mini donuts you get. I wish they let you get the specialty flavors in any size though since I could really only handle a small size and don’t like being forced into the large size just to get a certain flavor. Another thing is they have a punch card, but on the card it says only specialty donuts count(buy 6 specialty and get 1 specialty free) and I feel it should be any large size purchase and you get a punch or something. I will stop back by from time to time and check out other flavors
