I love this place, but in the past year or so they have risen the prices astronomically and taken away the free community classes. I really feel like all they care about now is making money, which is a shame.

Went last week and didn’t really love it. The new facility is beautiful but I felt like the receptionist was a little snobby and the yoga instructor was a little«icy» I don’t know how else to say it. The classes are full and its all the hot yoga kind of classes. I thought I could stand the hot yoga but instead of being relaxing I was constantly grabbing my towel and wiping sweat out of my eyes.

My go-to for yoga practice in st. george. Hot classes are great & the teachers are fantastic– love their new building over on Riverside.

Oh my hell. This place… Is amazing! I really felt like I was getting a work out. It was nice. Friendly staff and they’re willing to talk to you about anything and answer your questions. Great place. Buying a pass.

Came to St. George on a business trip and took several classes while I was here. Great little studio with a peaceful atmosphere. Tranquil view. Excellent teachers. The only decent night of sleep I got was after a yin yoga class here. Taking my last class tonight and I will be sad to leave but happy to know if I ever come back I know exactly where I will practice.

Great place, nice variety in class offerings. Took a while to figure out how to pay(I had purchased a deal). But was warmly welcomed at my first visit and have enjoyed my classes there so far.

Be Hot Yoga and Pilates has well trained instructors and an amazing vibe. The owners care deeply about their clients and staff members and are good examples of the principles which they espouse in the classes. Be Hot provides a wonderful blend of mind/body/spirit exercise.

don’t let the term«hot yoga» scare you away from a great studio, it’s not that hot and you’ll enjoy your time here. be hot yoga has some really good teachers. they teach a variation of the 26+2, but also have pilates and just added a vinyasa flow class. the only drawbacks are the lack of showers and afternoon classes! I can deal with no shower, but I’m really wishing there were more noon classes – the best time for yoga.
