Established in 2012.

Having been in the automotive industry all my life (33 years). I truly never believed that other mechanics would consciously rip people off.

My new wife told me that during her time of being divorced she was always scared to go to a repair shop knowing that they were going to rip her off. So I took the opportunity and went to a number of repair shops posing as a regular guy who knows nothing about cars. What a surprise! I felt the anguish that a customer feels when a slick service writer tries to sell them something they don’t need.
