Aperion Care St. Elmo is a small skilled Medicare nursing facility with a 16 bed Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit that was established under another name in around 1970. It has undergone several ownerships and management changes since those early years and currently exists as Aperion Care St. Elmo since February 2014.

Manager

Charles H., the Manager/​Nursing Home Administrator has been with this facility for almost 15 years under its pre-​February 2014 name of Friendship Manor of St. Elmo. Charles has been a Nursing Home Administrator for more than 32 years, and has served at only two other facilities during this period of time. Charles believes that consistency and stability, as well as treating the residents like your favorite family members ios the key to a good nursing facility.
