Based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Itineraries, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Heather Lahren, marketing professional with experience in tourism and travel promotion. Having a vision of just how important tourism and the group travel industry is becoming in the economies of the Midwest and central Canada, Heather Lahren founded Itineraries Minnesota Magazine and a prominent group travel show that work together to promote group travel in the Midwest. The Itineraries Inc. brand has become well established in the minds of group travel decision-​makers throughout the travel trade industry across North America and Canada, resulting in the Midwest having become an even more popular regional destination than ever before.

Established in 2001.

Heather Lahren founder in 2011 started the company as «Itineraries Minnesota» to promote inbound group tours to Minnesota. Seeing there was a need for sample itineraries for travel

Business Owner

Is a leader in Minnesota’s tourism industry, Heather brings passion and energy as publisher of Itineraries Midwest Magazine and executive producer of the Itineraries Midwest Group Travel Show. Experienced in the Minnesota tourism industry, she understands the importance of collaboration and fostering goodwill between members in this industry. Heather has worked extensively with Minnesota DMOs, state tourism destinations, businessess, and industry organizations. She has also served on the TMA Board and currently is a board-​member for the Gainey Conference Center in Owatonna, MN and on the Marketing Committee for Explore Southern Minnesota. Prior to the tourism industry, Heather worked for Twin Cities Bridal Association, producing wedding-​related trade shows, industry directories and planning guides.
