Cunningham Landscape & Sod

Man, do I love sod. Medina Sod is my favorite, but this place is good too.
I’ve heard good things about their lawn care (from Unilocal… so, make it one good thing).
What I needed was topsoil. A fella from the office called me back, was friendly, and though they didn’t have the topsoil I needed, he directed me to another place… possibly a competitor. I’d say that takes some cajones.

I have tried about six lawn companies in the Kissimmee/​st. Cloud area and all of them were a huge let down. They would be done cutting the grass within five minutes and usually it would look worse than before they cut it. About three months ago we contacted Cunningham’s landscaping to help us out with our lawn troubles, «especially since our lawn was almost dead by the time our last company was fired» and Daryl came to our house assessed our issues and gave us a realistic time frame in which they could have our lawn back in good shape. Well I’d say they went above and beyond to help us out, our once dead lawn is now full lush and green just like they said it would be, we have no weeds and our hedges look great. We HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking for the best lawn company around your search is over. A++
