Coyote Moon Grille

I took my whole family for brunch on Sunday and we were all impressed. Service was fantastic and the variety and quality of the food was impressive. We’ll definitely go back. The venue is beautiful and the scenery is gorgeous too.

Excellent food, the Chicken Kiev is absolutely amazing, and I would also highly recommend the au gratin potatoes. Additionally, the views from the deck are absolutely beautiful! And I have had very good luck with the service here.
From other times I have been here, the buffalo chicken sandwich, is just alright, and I was underwhelmed with the chicken buffet.
All in all, this is a restaurant that I will attend many more times, and work my way through trying new things on the menu.

I wish I had 4 hands, so I could give this restaurant 4 THUMBS DOWN!!! I ordered the prime rib and requested it rare and when it came out it was well done. I then reminded the waitress I ordered rare and had it sent back. When given my order a second time it was well done, maybe medium-​well with no pink on it! I told the waitress it was not to my liking and she said that prime rib could not be cooked rare and seemed to be irritated while doing so. Since when could steak not be cooked rare?!? If that was the case i don’t know why she asked how I would like my steak done if my only options were well done and well done. Since it was prime rib there was no excuse in not knowing how the steak was cooked, that the chefs and waitress knew good and well that the steak was not nearly how I wanted it to be and sent it out hoping I wouldn’t say anything instead of letting me have the option of ordering something else if they didn’t have any rare prime rib. I felt my order should’ve at least been discounted since it wasn’t how i wanted but paid full price. Needless to say it was the worst steak I’ve ever had the misfortune to eat. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars but unfortunately I have to give it at least one. So if you’re someone who likes their steak cooked not well done I suggest you go elsewhere. oh yea, one last thing… FUCK COYOTE MOON GRILL!

Omgosh! Best kept secret! The popovers beat Anton’s… the all you can eat broiled & deep fried cod buffet tonight was fab!!! Salad bar was sooo fresh! And thwir grasshopper drinks are a must desert! Manager Adam and server Lisa made us feel welcome!!! Cori & T

How is it that this place seemingly gets better and better? Arrived a little early for dinner. A fire was roaring. We had the most amazing deep fried cod. 3 generous pieces, with a perfectly cooked baked potato, and included their terrifically tasty salad bar. Reasonably priced; we were stuffed when we left. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice restaurant in central Minnesota. Waitress was very good and friendly.

A few of our party got the buffet and liked it. They totally lost me with the cheap iceburg lettuce in the salad bar. The popovers were great, though. My boyfriend ordered the steak and scallops and said the scallops were rubbery. I ordered one of the pasta dishes and it was good.
Overall, an average dining experience.

Well we came out here for a wedding reception. First impression was very clean and definitely «your typical golf course higher end restaurant». They did a great job decorating for the wedding. The service was very pleasant.
We had the chicken which came with potatoes and green and yellow beans. The food was very good for «wedding food».
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone having a reception.
We will definitely go back to try their regular menu on date night sometime!
I gave it 4 stars because of the good experience tonight but couldn’t give it a five until I try the regular menu. Stay tuned…

They have a weekday luncheon buffet for about eight bucks that’s an incredible value and has some arguably gourmet entrées. The dinner prices are more rural nightclub and I have not been there but I would expect the food to be above average. Lunch buffet was one of the best lunches I’ve ever had. Don’t let MapQuest scare you… I’m pretty sure it will get you there. That or the Unilocal direction module worked for me.

Had a reservation for six at the Coyote Moon Grille on New Year’s Eve. So glad we made reservations! The place was PACKED. We were able to get our table on time and everything was great. The services was wonderful, the wine great, the food excellent. The atmosphere was so nice. We will definately be back when it’s not so busy.

Had lunch here today with a big group from work. Where else will you ever find a GOOD buffet lunch for $ 7.50? Hands down best food I’ve had at this price point in a LONG time. They had meatloaf and ribs that were really good. The soup and popovers were awesome! The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is great as well. At night I imagine it to be almost romantic. During the day it was very comfortable.

Brother was in town and we wanted to try something new. So we hit the Coyote Moon Grille. Excellent location, parking, food, and service. They have lunch buffets Tues — Fri for $ 7.49 Salad bar and homemade soup with fresh popovers, honey butter and garlic toast. Yumo. We were there for dinner so we had prime rib — tender and delicious with excellent tasting au ju, includes the fabulous salad bar above. Am told the walleye is excellent, try that next time.
