We have purchased several things from Watson’s and have been very satisfied with all of them. They are in the top 3 places to visit once that money tree starts to bloom.

We found Watson’s through the Internet and just went to check it out. We came home with an outdoor sofa and loveseat combo. :) The service was great and the store itself exceeded our expectations with the broad range of products they sell. We will definitely go back to look for other outdoor items as we need them.

I could have spent all day at Watson’s. They have a HUGE selection of beautiful patio furniture, billiard tables, message chairs, hot tubs, pools, and more! We went in to look at above ground pools and ended up leaving having financed the pool we went in to look at. The financing process was easy. My only complaint is that we had to ask for help from a sales associate where other couples were getting approached by the sales team. Maybe its because we are younger and they did not think we were there to buy. Either way, we walked out having purchased what we went in to look at and I’m happy with how the transaction was completed. We cannot wait to get our new pool!

Purchased a power reclining leather sectional unit. The bottom fell-​out of one reclining section after only a few weeks. It was replaced a week later. The new reclining section would not fold completely from day one. At removal of the entire set another week later, I learned that the legs were not installed on the replacement section. Therefore, it was unable to fold correctly.
To summarize, (1) poor quality product, (2) slow and poor service and (3) no refund of my $ 4,000+ seven days after they have had the piece of cXXp.
Why attempt to do business with this bunch? The answer, you should not even start.

First time visit to the store for patio furniture. Definitely exceeded my expectations. There was something for every budget. Renee was very helpful. No pressure sale.
I even found some bar stools on clearance for the new house! I’m glad I bought from Watsons.

My husband and I recently went to Watson’s to look at outdoor patio furniture and a gas fire pit. Their staff was very friendly and was very informative on their products. We ended up purchasing a beautiful set there after going to other high end stores for patio furniture. Watson’s had the same furniture at a better price and friendlier staff. Looking forward to the arrival of our new furniture.

If you are looking to upgrade or build a man cave/​outside entertaining area, Watson’s is the place to go. It has everything you could need. Their prices are comparable to a place like Amini’s and maybe even a little better. The service was great and very easy. When it comes time to build the man cave I’m coming back here for a bar, pool table, hot
tub, and fire pit.
