History

Established in 1997.

Mark Reddick is the founder and owner. He started contracting in the St. Louis area for a large remodeling company in 1984. Prior to that he managed the Jefferson County Juvenile Detention Home in Hillsboro, Mo.

Helping people get through tough times. Mark realized he could provide an excellent product and service more affordably and created Simplified Solutions Remodeling. His biggest compliment is a referral. Clients from years ago still refer Simplified to their friends and family. The company has grown to serve Jefferson County, St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County and Warren County. Services include roofs, windows, siding of all kinds, up to tornado damage– inside and out.
