My husband and I had an apartment at the Residences at Streets of St. Charles for 6 months (between selling our house and finding a new house). We hadn’t lived in an apartment for many years and weren’t looking forward to it due to the typical apartment complaints. We were very pleasantly surprised and loved living at the Residences. We had none of the typical apartment complaints. The staff/​management was always very professional (especially Jon and Lauren). We selected the Residences because it was a newer complex and the apartments had granite counters and updated appliances. It was important to us to have a dog park, washers/​dryers in unit (a must for me) and a parking garage. We had a 1st floor apartment on the south end of the building and had no issues with noise. We never had a need for maintenance, but I feel confident if we did, it would be handled promptly. I strongly recommend the Residences at Streets of St. Charles.
