Wow this is my first time being at Pamper Nails and my experience was fantastic! Just wanted to treat myself to a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon and decided to go with Pamper Nails. Was greeted very nicely by one of the nail techs, picked out my color and was waiting for no more than 3 minutes. Mind you it is a Saturday and every chair here was filled! They brought me back to the pedi station and my nail tech Emily was with me promptly! She did an excellent job and was very quick! I am the type of person who doesn’t want to make a whole day of it. Anyway I would definitely recommend Emily! She was polite and easy to converse with. I will definitely come back when I’m in the area!

I LOVE coming here!!! Charlie, Alina and Leticia are the BEST!!! I have been coming here since they opened and couldn’t be happier. They do a great job with my fingers and toes!!!

After my first time here, I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. I came here for a walk in on Saturday morning and they took me right away. The staff is very friendly and talkative. Their gel no chip manicure is on it’s second week and still looks great. None of my nails have broke and the nail polish hasn’t chip one bit. The price was pretty decent compared to where I’ve been recently. Only $ 33 for a full set of gel no chip mani. Use cash! You’ll get a discount.

Pamper Nails has been my go to spot for awhile now. I love everything about this place! Their hours are perfect for me personally, the prices are very reasonable and best of all… the quality in my opinion… is the best around.
They are always busy on the weekends but at the same time I really haven’t had to ever wait for a very long time… if at all. They are always staffed very well with the same friendly folks. They have a great selection of colors both regular as well as no-​chip. Their place is always clean. The pedicure chairs for adults and kids (they have the cutest pink butterfly chairs for the little ones to get their pedicures too) are very nice and very comfortable.
One tip I recommend is to bring cash for your service as well as tip… they do accept credit cards however if you pay cash (there is a sign in their shop that says this) they’ll give you a small percentage off for paying in cash because the machines (which is true for businesses) charge the owners a fee. I guess its a credit card fee the owners get charged. Its a win win in my book… they get to avoid a fee and I get a discount :-)

Got a no chip manicure 2 weeks ago and they still look amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Love this place! We were visiting from out of town and decided to go and have manis and pedis. They were so nice and accommodating to our large party of 8 (which included men who were pedicure virgins). My no-​chip manicure is going on 3 weeks with no chips. We will definitely be back when we’re in town again!

This place is awesome.
I’ve gotten used to finding gems in strip malls (I’m a Californian, after all) and everyone at Pamper Nails is so great. My nails always look perfect and I never feel rushed.
The hot stone pedi is 100 percent worth the upcharge, and the selection of lotions and oils are pretty great (I’ve tried mint, orange and lavender to date).
They have cute butterfly chairs for kids’ pedis, so I often tote the 7YO along with me, and they’re delightful with her. They even handle her requests with ease — a few months back, it was a jaguar print to go with her school mascot. They looked it up on Google and off they went — and they were perfect!
Their no-​chip is TRULY no-​chip; the only time I’ve ever had even a slight nick was when I had a lovely incident with a razor and sliced my thumbnail. And that was my own fault, although when I mentioned it on my follow up appointment, they told me I should have come back and had it fixed!
I’m sold. Don’t be turned off by the nondescript strip mall surrounding the salon. They’re terrific. They are also BUSY, so do yourself a favor and call for an appointment. And if you’re bringing a child along for a pedi, tell them it’s a child so they can place you on one of the end chairs next to the kid. (That is… if you WANT to.)
One last but awesome thing: You can charge your tip! (This is SO rare.) I use my debit card for everything, so I do this — but IF you pay for your services in cash, you get (as of this writing) a 7 percent discount on everything.

I went in as a spur of the moment and it was amazing. The service there is impeccable and she took her time with my nails, that made them look perfect. I’ve tried several nail salons and get the same thing (no-​chip mani) and I have to say that they did the best out of all the places that I have tried. The pricing is great and I also got my eyebrows done here, which was also done perfectly. It’s also so clean and peaceful. This will most defiantly be my go to nail salon. Tip, pay with cash as you get 7% off of your bill.

After coming here twice I think i’ve FINALLY found my new nail home!
The first time I came here was on my birthday. LT did my no chip pedicure with super cute, original designs. She was friendly and actually talked to my friend and I. I got a no chip gel fill as well that looked awesome. They gave me 20% off my total since it was birthday and gave my girlfriend 10% off her total just for being with the birthday girl!
I came here for the 2^nd time today after making an appointment. When I called the day before and set it up the girl almost got off the phone without getting my name which leads me to believe that appointments aren’t actually very meaningful, which is frustrating. I got my no chip pedicure removed and a new one done today. The tech who did it got my toes SUPER clean (no leftover polish residue, etc.) and did them to perfection! I got a fill and he actually knew what I meant when I said «coffin shaped,» which is a first. I was bummed that I made the appointment to have LT do my designs then she got busy with another customer. I was nervous that they wouldn’t turn out how I wanted and, although there was a bit of trial and error, he did my nails to perfection based on the picture I showed him.
Then I saved 7% for paying in cash.
Regular pedicure + gel fill w/​no chip polish & designs (including gems) = $ 67.00 when paying in cash. Not bad if you ask me!!!

Got a recommendation from my local moms group on FB to give the butterfly pedicure and manicure a try for my 5 year old daughter. Adorable chairs. My daughter loves that she got to have a «foot bath» like I do during pedicures rather than just having polish done. We ended up just having the polish on her fingernails since she has no cuticles… that was nice of them to point that out and prevent me from paying more. It’s a half hour drive but I’d return for her sake. This was her special, girl time treat.

I have been to this nail place many times before because it is 5 minutes from my house, I work a couple doors down, and they seat quickly. But unfortunately after all the time I’ve been going there (probably around 15 times) I have never once clicked with any of the employees. They aren’t rude, but they usually don’t try much to make conversation and are snappy when I point things out.
Today I had a woman named Happy and she did a nice, clean job but wasn’t very courteous, especially when I told her part of the acrylic was still stuck to my finger she just snapped «I know». Well alright.
The polish selection also didn’t really excite me. I was looking for a Barbie or even a bit more subdued pink but I only saw dark or light pinks, nothing fun. I’m not even happy with the red I picked out, but that’s my skin tones fault.
Overall I say go somewhere else unless you need it last minute, because they can usually seat you quickly.

I really love this place. They are nice, take their time and do awesome pedicures.
Their pedicure chairs are comfy and do great massages.
Clean, what more could you ask for. Prices are reasonable, too.

While visiting my daughter and her family in St. Charles, my daughter and grand daughter surprised me with a mani/​pedi at Pamper Nails.
All three of us were very pleased with our mani/​pedis. Just be sure if you want a special bling on one of your nails have a picture, so you will get what you want.
It was a very relaxing couple of hours for the three of us, and we got great mani/​pedis by three different techs!

It was my first time coming here, I was looking on Unilocal for a nail salon that would be close to where I live. saw good reviews from here so I made an apt for gel full set and a pedi. The nail techs were friendly, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I guess the girl who was doing my nails was the owner, i showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and she did a great job ! I loved them! I had a good experience, I would come back here again!

For the last two years, Pamper Nails has served as my go-​to for manicures and pedicures. The prices are extremely reasonable (manicures start at $ 13 — gel and no-​chip at $ 40 — and pedicures start at $ 26), and the quality is top-​notch. The staff methodically works to ensure you receive treatments that look great and last. I also appreciate that the owner, Charlie, makes it a point to learn all of his customers’ nails.
Plus, the kids’ manicure chairs are adorable!

We moved to St Charles IL in August and I needed a new nail salon. Tried Pamper Nails after reading all the reviews here on Unilocal.I loved it so much, I have just kept coming.
I get gel nails and no chip color every time. They are very accommodating to special requests and have tons of beautiful colors. Trish does my nails, but all the techs are friendly and the owners Alina and Charlie are great.
You can make an appointment and they’re easy to come by.

Trish did an excellent design. This is the place to go for excellence. Alana started me off and was a sweetheart. All customers there appeared very relaxed and satisfied with everything. Five stars! Great place!

I’m not as hot on this place as others have been. I stopped in last Friday for a shellac manicure. I got in right away, the color choices were plentiful, and the customer service was good. My manicure is alright. It’s not perfect, the gel as some waves and dents in it, which I think defeats the purpose of the gel. It’s only Monday, but it’s holding up nicely, so that’s great.
The key here is that I would go back for a second chance. I liked it enough, and don’t like other similar style places enough to try Pamper Nails again. I hope next time I feel a bit more pampered though… no one even asked if I wanted a pedicure that day, and I kind of did :-)

Pamper Nails was recommended to me by a good friend, Marley, and we went together the first time for a fun time together. It was really enjoyable — clean place, cute decorations but not too over the top, friendly staff, and good prices so I decided to go back. The second time, they convinced me to try the gel acrylics and I’ve been going back ever since! An appointment is always recommended but not necessary, they are one of the only places around that does no chip pedicures, and they give you a discount if you pay in cash! Give them a try, you won’t regret it! :)
