Ichiban Buffet & Grill

Was duped thinking this place was a hibachi Japanese steakhouse but it was Chinese food. If you are looking for an authentic Japanese hibachi go to Shogun on Zumbehl.

Visited between 3:00 — 4:00 on Wed afternoon today.
Charged $ 11.00×2 + drink cost for dinner, even though we didnt eat any of the food marked for dinner selection during lunch time. Waitress did not speak very good English, and was not happy when I requested to sit along the wall in the corner instead of sitting in the middle of the restaurant. My girlfriend was not pleased with the food, as she found a hair in hers, and politely told the waiter what happened. Instead of being comped for hers, she came back with our bill full price. Girlfriend explained to man at the counter that she was unhappy with the food because of the hair and cleanliness, and still charged her in full.
This place is a mess. The selection isnt very good, and its crazy expensive (compared to other local places: ie Hibachi Grill) and the service overall sucks. Our bill was nearly $ 30 for what we assumed was for lunch, and was charged instead for dinner.
I would avoid this place at all cost, and hope it burns to the ground or goes out of business, sparing any other visitors this type of experience. I will not be going back, and will tell everyone I know how horrible this place is.

Love this place! Cheap, nice inside, decent customer service, and DELICIOUS FOOD! Chinese, Japanese, and American buffet so you can bring everyone to eat here!
