Meet the Business Owner
Erika W.
Business Owner
Erika began her focus on consumer protection legal work when a mover destroyed all of her furniture and gave her fake insurance information shortly after she passed the bar. Trying to turn a negative experience into a positive one, Erika began volunteering as a consumer protection attorney for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. Erika volunteered there full time for several months prior to starting a law practice with a classmate. Erika went on to found Flesner Wentzel, a general practice firm in St. Charles, Missouri.
Erika handles civil litigation matters and estate planning. Her area of focus is consumer protection, including auto dealer fraud, home contractor disputes, debt collection defense, and representing tenants against landlords.
