FasterHouse is a locally owned and operated real estate investment company, founded in 2002. FasterHouse strives to make everything they do faster and easier than the rest. We specialize in buying houses throughout the St. Louis area and also for providing affordable, quality rental homes. FasterHouse also sells homes «As-​Is», Rehabbed or as Investment Properties.

History

Established in 2002.

FasterHouse has grown and flourished during the tumultuous real estate market that closed many real estate companies’ doors over the last decade. Today, they employ a staff of 12 and a number of independent contractors. The company is committed to helping St. Louis area homeowners who want to sell their homes quickly and easily. They also rent single family homes throughout St. Louis County and St Charles County.

Meet the Business Owner

Bryan S.

Business Owner

Bryan developed the real estate investment company, FasterHouse, with a partner in 2002, and he and his wife became the sole owners in 2013. The company has grown to 12 staff members as well as a number of contracted employees since its beginning.

The company buys houses in the St. Louis metro area in Missouri and has its offices in a historic building they renovated in St. Charles, Missouri.

Bryan did not start his career in real estate, however. He grew up a farm kid in northern Iowa and went to Iowa State University to study engineering. After graduating with a BS in Aerospace Engineering, he soon discovered that working as a rocket scientist was not his passion. He became a real estate appraiser for a number of years before starting FasterHouse.
