Established in 2007.

Counseling In Action was created by Libby Lyons, MSW, LCSW for the outpatient treatment of those suffering from an eating disorder and other related issues.

Libby Lyons has previously worked for the United States Air Force providing domestic violence counseling and training for troops and their families. Other work has included counseling students at Saint Louis University as well as working with families and youth with Midtown Catholic Community Services and Wyman Center.

Business Owner

Libby Lyons is a Masters Level Social Worker, graduting from Saint Louis University in 2001. She obtained her License of Clinical Social Work in 2005. Libby utilizes the therapies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Goal Oriented Therapy to help individuals and families achielve their goals.
