Phil Orrill is a Broker Associate with Watson in St Augustine, Florida. He was born and raised in England before moving to St. Augustine many years ago. He still has that quaint British accent! He speaks German and some Italian.

Phil is an experienced Real Estate professional who understands what buyers and sellers want and delivers on those requirements. He fosters a «partnership» relationship with his customers rather than an «agent-​customer» approach. This means his door is always open and phone always «on». He puts himself in his customers shoes and ask what would they expect from their agent? This visualization helps deliver satisfaction to buyers or sellers.
