Whether you are a St. Augustine businessman, a family looking for a nice lunch, or a large group touring the park, Five Flags Café welcomes you! Daily hours are 9am to 5pm. Five Flags cooks only the freshest local and sustainable food. The Chef-​Owner supports the farm-​to-​table sustainable concept of running a restaurant. All of the food is locally sourced. The beef and chicken is sourced from Black Hog farms in Jacksonville and the produce is gathered daily from local farms as well.

The chef has an extensive background in preparing the finest meals, having worked with Restaurant Orsay in Jacksonville, FL, Zhanras of St. Augustine, Rhetts, South Beach Grill, and Coquina Beach Surf Club, also in St. Augustine Beach. A private menu for your wedding or party can be easily customized for you, as simple or as extravagant as you would like. Many references are available.
