Fairfield Inn & Suites St. Augustine I-95

$ 175 for the night is way to much for this type of room a old mattress and a small room,

Was a last min vacation and was great the check in was fast and easy. The beds was a great sleep and breakfast was good

This is a top-​notch hotel and great value for the money! The whole place is pretty new and clean and very classy décor. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet with firm beds and spacious bathrooms. There is a small fitness room which was nice. The hotel is situated next to a cute lake where you can take a stroll around and if you walk ¾ of a mile you can walk down to one side of the outlet malls. The hot breakfast was excellent – would probably get a bit boring after more than a couple of days but there is quite a selection – boiled eggs, omelettes, 1 protein that rotates (we saw chicken sausage, turkey and bacon on 3 different days I believe), a hot waffle maker, juice machine, breads and bagels and muffins, cereals and fruit. The service is friendly and everyone went out of their way to be friendly. Even the patrons were really kind. Great stay and great hotel overall! The only downside is the location – it is off the beaten path if your goal is to hang out in the downtown area of St Augustine as it is a 10 – 15 min drive but if you don’t mind not staying in the heart of things, this hotel is a great deal.

Good hotel for the price and location. Clean rooms, the king suites have a fridge, microwave and two TVs. Good use of space. Fast check in. Free breakfast which is standard hotel breakfast fare. Some fruit, breads, oatmeal, and some hot meat/​egg items. Coffee is decent. Pool looks private.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the decore of this hotel and our rooms. It was really great. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary as we went sight seeing and the bed was super comfortable. We had a king size bed and our room had a little seating area and they also had two tv’s in the room. The best feature we liked was the iHome that you can plug your iPod into or in our case oir phone so that we could blast music if we wanted to. Breakfast was great as well! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because our room was very warm most of the day even when we set the temperature to its lowest setting before we left to go around town. It took all night for our room to cool down as the a.c. unit is controlled by a wall control versus the regular way. So if you don’t want to be hot than I suggest setting the a.c. to low and watching to make sure your room is cooling.

Nice hotel, brand new, nice clean rooms AC works a little too well, bathrooms are big and nice.
One bad thing, not all the rooms have an in-​room safe. I did not care to leave my things at the safe by check in desk.
It has an small pool and offers free wifi and breakfast with your stay, wifi works very well and it is fast. The breakfast buffet is really good, it offers warm and cold items, but the dining area is too small for the amount of people that goes to eat there.
Overall a nice hotel next to I-​95 and very close to St. Augustine.

Were very disappointed on our fourth visit to this motel. The bed was as hard as a board, pillows like sandbags, chair and couch in sitting area, very uncomfortable and hard. what happened? did you change mattresses since last fall??? we always loved this place…

You saved us from our initial reservation at a seedy «resort» hotel that looked like it was a scene straight from Cops…
We were in town for the Gentlemen of the Road festival and amidst the literal town-​takeover, you all kept your cool. were super duper friendly, and offered up a nicely appointed hotel room with all the amenities that we could ask for in an affordable price range.
You can clearly tell that this is a newer property and that it is very well taken care of.
TIP: There is a small business center located across from the lobby that is a nice spot to print out any agendas, send emails, or hop online.
TIP2: This location is also right down the street from an upscale outlet mall that included Kate Spade, Gucci, and Saks.

Very comfortable, clean and close to the beach and the outlet malls. Staff very nice. Rooms small, but adequate. Breakfast like and other for this lower end stay.
I would have no problem staying here again.

This location is brand new. It passed the initial smell test and the smell test in the room. No odors. Clean rooms, clean hotel and an awesome breakfast that is included in the price of your stay. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, Fresh (make’em yourself) waffles, sausage patties until you burst. A great way to get the day started if you are sightseeing in St. Augustine.

It isn’t a top of the line luxury hotel by any means, but thats not what I was expecting of it. You really can’t get any better for a mid level hotel. The staff was phenomenal. We didn’t get to the hotel until 4 am and even then the guy that checked us in was friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. My wife has some medicine that needs to be refrigerated, so I originally asked about getting a fridge. He didn’t think they had any available. Later, when I explained what it was for they immediately said they would find a way to get us one regardless. Within 10 minutes they had brought one to our room. The rooms are spotless and very modern looking. There is no question of cleanliness or bugs. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more convenient stay. We also got a room here close to spring break for only $ 55 a night through Priceline! The next time I am in the area I will definitely look first at this Fairfield Inn & Suites! No problems or complaints!

Excellent — hotel must be brand new. Nicely decorated, clean, and the receptionist was friendly and knowledgable. Great find for a very reasonably priced hotel!

LOVED the king suite. Memory foam mattress was so awesome, my husband and I totally want to buy one now! Also, the suite was split into two separate areas with a half wall. Area one was an office desk and sofa bed and chair with a TV, and microwave/​fridge. While the bedroom area had the bed, small closet, and another TV. The hotel was brand new and decorated in a modern style with shades of green and orange. The pool and gym looked nice, and made me wish I’d actually packed a bathing suit.
And the free breakfast was fabulous. Breakfast area as well stocked with a waffle maker, sausage gravy, assorted breads (including bagels and muffins), Jimmy Dean prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, grits, and toppings for oatmeal (nuts and dried fruit), fresh fruit (apples bananas), light yogurt, regular yogurt, milk, juice, and fruit salad! GEEZ!
Also, the Wifi is free, and actually quite fast!
Will definitely stay here again, as it is close to the I-​95, outlets, and only 5 miles away from historic St. Augustine and the beaches.
