This place is great– I’m storing my Catalina 30 sailboat for $ 50 a month! no marina can come close to that price. My boat is stored on stands and I had to have it trucked in, but the extra expense is ok because of the huge monthly savings. Elec and water are available, security gate with a code, 24hr access. There are also RV’s, container storage, boats on trailers and a few trucks and trailers. Owners are laid back and very nice. If you need long term or short term storage for your boat or rv, I would def recommend this place.
