Accomodations for humans, horses and pets. We are 19 miles from the gate entrance to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park located on Highway 180, the best road to the parks. We offer a location for outdoor special events such as weddings, birthdays or anniversaries. We have dry camping available, as well as space for RV’s. We have a laundromat on the premises and our fire pit will keep you warm at night while visiting with other guests or the owners. We offer lawn games for families, as well as a pool for those who desire to get wet! We are centrally located in Squaw Valley, next to a pizza parlor, mini-​mart and gas station. Come join us for family fun, as your home away from home.

History

Established in 1950.

The motel has been here since the 1950’s. We took over the motel in 2013 and are in the process of updating and renovating. We also have plans for a restaurant in the near future that will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Keep your eyes on us! There’s more to come in the future.

My husband and I moved to the mountains from Ventura, Ca. I am a practicing attorney and my husband is a retired police officer from the City of Garden Grove. We got tired of the rat race and decided to find quiet and solitude. We love meeting people from all over the world and have made many great friends in the process. We look forward to their return in the future as well as meeting new people every day.
