They saved our lives!
Such a statement but totally true. Our diesel truck began to smoke and leak drastic amounts of fuel when we pulled into a closed gas station at 2:30 AM on a Sunday morning. Once we determined that we were stuck and all we could do is stop, through Unilocal we called this hotel and the front desk gal guided us to their location and got us the best rate for such a late check-​in. Next morning while my husband tried to fix the leak, the front desk provided tools and lubricant to repair the hose connection and phone numbers for car rentals. Then the breakfast attendant offered her husband to arrive with tools. This kindness and aide were enough to get is back in working order and some needed rest! All the staff went over and beyond their required positions to show compassion. Only when we spoke to more people and realized we could have been engulfed in flames if we didn’t stop stay at the Holiday Inn in such a small little town!

Clean, new, quiet, easy to get to from highway. Staff were polite, but they quickly told me no pets. To be honest I didn’t even check for that when I made the reservation because every other HIE I have stayed at, in multiple states, allows pets for a small fee. We came to an understanding about it here, but I’m kind of annoyed that it isn’t a chain wide policy.
The wi fi here blows. 1 bar. Seriously. The signal from the Flying J gas station across the street is stronger.
Everything else here is normal normal.

How can you give a low score to a fairly newly built hotel which is virtually spotless, the rooms smell like they have newly laid carpet and everything seems so new (including those awesomely new comfortable feeling mattress).
The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The views around the area from the hotel are also awesome. The view of the mountain tops with the layer of snow on top makes the stay even more tranquil.
