Ziggies branch in Monett, MO or so they say.. . The help is either uninformed about menu items or they just plain lie about what they serve. I specifically asked if there was meat in the gravy for the biscuits and gravy and was told yes. There was no meat. I specifically asked if the hot roast beef sandwich was processed beef or a real roast cooked on site. The server went and asked and came back and said it was real roast cooked on site. It was not. It was processed, and a cheap brand at that. Nasty. She said their «fried chicken» was also made from frozen and just warmed up. There was a lot of variety on the menu, but it would seem that most of the items are someone else’s cooking, brought in and served. Blchchch. This place would do better to specialize in about 10% of their menu and fix items that cannot be bought in the freezer section at the local market for a tenth of the price. Thumbs down to this place.
