I am still here and I still love it. The bathroom dude upstairs sort of makes me wonder if maybe he needs to get his parts checked out for the frequency of his use but it’s easier to ignore now. It would seem that like clock work every single light bulb burnt out all at once. Kids unattended dragging their gaming systems down to hook up in the clubhouse tv room is a little odd. But these ladies handle more packages per day for all of us here than most small town post offices. Kudos to you ladies!!! They quickly replaced a broken dryer that I rent from them when mine burned out. Didn’t screw around trying to fix it. Just brought a new one. Awesome. This summer they cleaned and resealed all the cedar decks and trim. Really looks nice. Did a good job managing the slick ice spots. Only major complaint is overflowing dog pots and lack of dog pot bags. I really like it here. My internet is super fast. And the cable is nice too.

We moved to the Springfield area from So. California. After visiting the area, choosing a place to live we prepared for our big move. Unfortunately, after working with the complex we thought we would be moving to for months it didn’t work out and we had no place to call «home». From 2000 miles away I did research on other places close to my family and found Weaver Creek. I had my family go do a tour and check it out for us and once I got the green light began my communication with Kelly. We worked everything out and she was always super helpful — even sending pictures to me of our place to ease my mind since I was moving my family and pets to a place I had never seen! Once we got here I went to the office to meet in person and pick up our keys — the entire staff and Kelly were extremely friendly and had been expecting our arrival. It was a great experience. Kelly offered to give me the «prospective resident» tour but I declined — this was an extra nice touch since I had already signed a year lease. When I opened our door I was greeted by a «Welcome» basket of goodies and a welcome card, another nice touch! The next day when we moved some boxes over to the new place another card was waiting got me, attached to our door — it was a birthday card for my husband! I absolutely loved our new place! The apartments themselves are new and modern and have all the «extras» to make it feel like a home. Lots of storage, inside laundry room (which I LOVE!), spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a few minor maintenance issues since moving in and I feel they are always taken care of promptly and the job is done well. I have experienced lots of time at the pool — which has always been enjoyable. The community has had a couple of fun hosted events — both if which were well put on and fun for the entire family! Our neighbors are all quiet and we haven’t experienced any loud noises or parties. There is always TONS of parking and lots of available spots for guests. I hope this provides a more accurate view from a current resident who loves where she lives!

Worst and most expensive place I’ve ever lived!
Noise– You can hear every move your neighbors make (sneezes, walking, etc) and most of my neighbors threw drunken parties every night. Apartment complex said there was nothing they could do and just call the police to report.
Parking– Good luck ever finding a parking place, the spots, the street, and anywhere else is taken all the time.
Construction– I found so many rusty nails on my balcony that I couldn’t use it any more. Door knobs feel off, fan chains fell off, and the entire apartment felt like it would collaspe at any minute.
Management– The worst people ever! They don’t respond to your questions or concerns and once you move in they don’t feel like you deserve the time of day. I would fax, email, call, and leave Facebook messages with no responses.
All in all you can find much nicer houses to rent for far less money. If you’re not an underage college student getting drunk by the pool they don’t have any interest in working with you. Save your money and frustration and find another place to live. I couldn’t even stick it out for a full year here and I never got a good nights sleep.

Do yourself a massive favor and look elsewhere for a rental home in the area. Weaver Creek is supremely over-​hyped. The apartments are spacious, new, and nice, but the price is sky high. You can find rental homes (not even apartments) in Springfield for drastically less money and trouble. I lived here temporarily while my new home was prepared, and at every turn I found completely disorganized and inefficient employees. They could never find the information needed, forget leaving a message with anyone in the office, they were not clear on policies and there seemed to be NO communication among the office staff. The ladies who work there are very quick to provide what seems like good friendly service but they will just tell you anything you want to hear, and later you will find out they lied to you to «take care of the issue» and no issues are really resolved with this team of clowns. They talk a lot about the amenities but most are accessible only at inconvenient times (for example, their selection of free movie rentals is laughable at best). We had nothing but problems during the time we lived there. It is like Jersey Shore at their pool, with loud fake tanned coeds being obnoxious all day and evening during the summer months. The parking lots are not large enough to accommodate the vehicles of residents; forget about guests! It is a safe community and decent surroundings, but not the nicest place to live for the price. It’s basically a nice looking place with all of the same issues as any other complex. If you wish to pay several hundred extra for a newer apartment with cookies in the lobby, be my guest. We wouldn’t do it again.
