I was referred to W3 by a friend. Was looking to make a big change and wanted someone knowledgable. Gentleman who answered the phone was nice and helpful. He referred me to someone he said was «good, but has a dry sense of humor.» Salon was nice, front desk friendly, Beautician, however… Rude. I asked a few questions and got sarcastic answers. Will not go back.

CATHY COX (hair architect) is sassy personified as longtime clients witness her sharp wit & spiky style day in & year out! Never a dull moment in the chair of this sculptress of tresses! Ask the receptionist to grab you a coffee or wine and, in hand, settle down for a sublime kaffeeklatch while wondrous works are created high atop your crown. And, after CATHY’s meticulous precision, you’ll feel like a queen sitting in a throne; albeit, a swiveling, spinning one! Tell her Jay sent you, it might get you that special service. Call & speak with her beforehand to discuss your reinvention. Or, better yet, pop by to meet CATHY & create your transformation (you beautiful princess, you) !!!

Great salon! I drive 1.5 hours to go to this salon. Very chic and clean. I get my hair colored and cut with Vivian. Love her! Great, friendly and accommodating stylist. Totally worth the drive to get my hair done here!

I came to W3 salon because my hair dresser at another salon was unavailable. I just went her to get a trim and left with butchered choppy hair. I grew my hair out for years to get it the way it was and it was not damaged at all. I am now back to square one growing my hair back out. Do not come here if you have long beautiful hair because they will just chop it off!

I recently went to W3 because of all the good reviews. I was not disappointed. It’s an upscale salon with friendly staff. I set my appointment way in advance and got a reminder call the day before. I’ve had bad salon experiences before, so I was feeling a little nervous. However, when I arrived, I was immediately greeted and offered something to drink. My stylist was Serena and she is this tiny thing who was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to my rambling and had great ideas that incorporated my wishes with what my hair would do. I love the result! She even taught me some styling tricks that I use every time I fix it. Go to Serena and let her work her magic. A++!!

I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding and was absolutely impressed! Kaitlin was amazing and did a great job with my hair. I live in Colorado and I want to come back to Springfield every 6 month to get my hair done! Also, Melissa Britt their Makeup artist is absolutely amazing and very talented at what she does. The day of my wedding it was so humid and I cried and laughed a lot and my makeup did not budge! These people are great! I Highly recommend them.

Tera is THE best stylist in town. She rescues my hair each month and sends me on my way looking and feeling (at least in my own mind) like a rock star.
Tera is not only a solid professional, she’s «real» and easy to connect with.

This salon has great customer service and stylists. You are greeted when come in and offered something to drink while you wait in a comfortable seating area. My stylist, Ginger, is amazing and always does a great job. I highly recommend W3 to anyone looking for a stylist and a great atmosphere.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful, clean spa-​like salon. I was visiting from out of town and desperate for a cut. Jeena fit me in at the end of her shift the day after Christmas due to an inadvertent scheduling error that was not her fault. Very professional and talented — she tackled my intricate wedge cut with ease. Thanks to Jeena for extending her work day during the holidays for a stranger. Will definitely return if I’m visiting again.

Donnie is the best hair stylist I’ve ever gone to. He is also the best at doing color. Shop is nice and upbeat with fun people but the real star is Donnie. He’s a hot guy who really cares bout his clients.

Love going to W3 and seeing Donnie. I always feel better after my appointment and getting my color refreshed. He works wonders with color! The salon has great products available and supports their stylists with ongoing education to keep them up to date on products and techniques.

Hardly a day goes by without someone asking «Who does your hair?» I am always happy to tell them the name of my stylist — Donnie Treece @W3 Salon. Not only, does he work wonders with my hair, but I love the time I spend with him. I always leave W3 and Donnie feeling much better than when I arrived!

I recently got highlights and a trim from Angie at W3 Salon. I brought in a picture of ombré highlights that I liked and my hair came out BETTER than the picture! I absolutely love my hair, and Angie is the sweetest person! The service is a ten! I would totally recommend Angie at W3 salon to anyone who was looking for a place to get their hair done!

Somer Plaster has been my Stylist for years! I followed her from another salon to W3. Somer has always done a fantastic job on my hair and I highly recommend her! I have sent several of my friends to Somer and they always go back to her! W3 has a friendly atmosphere and you always feel welcome!

Nick Hardin is, I believe, the best in SW MO! I have visited him at many salons over a 10 year period, and I have NEVER left disappointed. I will admit, i went to some cheaper salons a few times… and both times I felt my hair looked worse upon leaving than entering and I was so upset at myself for compromising! Sorry Nick! I love you and I won’t do it again! The extra $$ you pay to go to W3 is well worth it!
W3 is a beatifully decorated salon and the waitng, wash and wax areas all make you feel very comfotable.

Jon Headley is amazing. Truly. I just moved from Los Angeles to Springfield two months ago, so I know hair and fancy hair salons, ok bitches? I kid. He seriously has given me some of the best haircut, style, and highlights that I have EVER had. Love the pricing as well. Two great cuts down and more to go… oh, and his company is excellent. He’s funny, warm, and makes you feel über special. Love him!
