Absolutely outrageous, permit was on the floor of my car, may have been knock off by speed bumps at the condo, improper display, OK IF its improperly displayed that mean I HAD a parking permit and you don’t need to tow. It’s BS! Money money money the name of the towing game with this company.

Stay away from the Springfield Bed Bath and Beyond Store in the strip shopping mall on Loisdale across the street from Springfield Mall. My friend and I shopped there and went to dinner, etc. We came back at about 10:30pm and my car had been towed. The tower, Roland was rude and hyped up yelling like he was on drugs. My car was registered, etc. and there was no way anyone could say that my car was abandoned. This Roland guy threatened me saying that, «I have dogs in the back of my truck.» He said that he has been towing in this lot for 5 years. It cost $ 275 to get back my car, parked about 2 miles down the road in his decrepit lot. This is another good reason to shop on line. Who owns this shopping mall? There is one small sign that is barely visible to the public as you drive into the lot. You cannot see it, especially in bad weather. Virginia Towing is predatory towing at its finest with the shopping mall owners hiding cowardly behind this company. There is a reason people shop on line and this is one of them! Cookie
