The best steak in the state of Tennessee by far! The food is awesome and the people are very nice and service is good too! You will not find a better tasting steak !

The food was great… The menu is extensive from spaghetti to gyros and hummus!!! Random but yummy! There are crackers and butter to start you off… And keep the kids full. Great service and decent prices.

This place is basically two restaurants in one. On one hand, they have amazing, top of the line steaks that are huge with huge baked potatoes. They are steak house priced, but totally worth the price. Always seasoned well and cooked perfectly. On the other hand, they have CHEAP«Italian» food(read: chef boyarde) that isn’t worth the $ 5 it costs. Very comparable to Fazolis. I learned my lesson and only order steaks here. My 5 stars is for their steak entrees. But if your kids aren’t picky, I guess it’s good to have those options too.

one thing is certain about Torino’s, you get your steaks worth for your money. the beef is enormous and seasoned wonderfully. It was a Saturday night and very busy but our waitress Crystal took great care of us and our sweet tea needs. If you’re hungry 4 a big hearty meal, here’s your winner in Springfield. We got the Charlie salad with mushrooms and beets and each type of steak. The fillet and sirloin were tender and excellent. The ribeye was ginormous and tender as veal. And the prices were on point. A good bargain for the meal.

Awesome food and service. Hubby said it was the best steak he ever had. Great seasoning on the steak. The baked potatoes are huge! We were seated immediately and had our food within a short time after ordering. The portion sizes are huge so make sure you come hungry.

Great restaurant in Springfield. Don’t care for their Italian(I’m from NY, the land of Italian restaurants) but their Greek and steaks are great. The pork souvlaki is awesome — my favorite. The hummus plate and shrimp cocktail is great as well — that is our bar favorite. And speaking of bar, they have an awesome full service bar with a great bartender(Russell).

Someone needs to remove the word italian from the sign… its greek southern fusion food for people who dont know any better. Everything on the menu has hints of greek food since its truly greek people that own it. The red sauce is way to salty and made with the wrong tomatoes, the dishes have no balance, ANDITDISTURBSMETHATPEOPLETHINKITSITALIANFOOD

I will start by saying that I just signed up for Unilocal, the last time I ate at Torino’s was about a year ago. I’m not from the area but I love this place so I had to write a review. I worked in Springfield for about a month and I made sure to visit Torino’s once a week minimum for lunch and once a week for dinner. I even drove from Clarksville once to eat here. I think it’s that good. I honestly can not tell you whether the Italian or the steak is better. I tried every items on their Italian menu and it was all really good. I travel a lot and eat at a lot of places, there is a reason I’m going out of my way to write this review. Kitchen Sink pizza — Loads of toppings on an excellently cooked crust, just good pizza. Lasagna — This comes out in a very hot casserole dish straight out of the oven. This is probably my favorite Italian item on the menu. They cover it in a layer of melted cheese that is to die for. Veal parmesan is another go to dish for me. STEAKS!!! While the Italian is very reasonably priced, the steaks are pricey but once you start eating it you will understand why. This is not cheap meat, very select choice. It will melt in your mouth. I’ve had the filet, ribeye, and the porterhouse. They are all very good relative to their cut. I will say that if you plan to get the porterhouse then DON’T eat lunch. You will want to save your money but you will also want to save the space in your stomach because this thing is massive. Less important, the barkeeps were very knowledgable and professional, especially for Springfield, TN. Torino’s will always have a sweet spot in my heart.

After hearing we could drive to Springfield from Clarksville to get a Charlie’s steak that was once found at the famous Clarksville steak house, Charlie’s we had to give it a try. I will say I was very disappointed. I seen no comparison to Charlie’s Steakhouse. In fact the steak was not cooked evenly. It was one of the worse steaks I’ve ever eaten. The service wasn’t great but okay.

Our Family has eaten there twice. Both times I’ve had the Chicken Parm which is divine. I don’t eat the pasta sides so have had small salad or baked potato. The house bread is bland. The salad is mostly iceberg, but the main dishes fantastic. My husband has had their famous steaks 3x and has savored every last bite. I’ve never eaten the pizza there-it is a Greek/Italian restaurant.

As anyone that has grown up in the Clarksville, TN area can attest Charlie’s Steakhouse was THE place for steak for over 50 years until it burnt to the ground the winter of 2010. This place is well above average and I“ll say the best place to eat in Springfield. The name imply it’s a pizza place never have I had pizza there. I equate it more to a Greek Restaurant as the original Torino family was Greek if I am not mistaken. Excellent salads, Gyros are above average, pasta dishes are good and the steaks are legendary(thanks to Charlies). The staff has always been friendly and spot on and the prices are more than fair.

I grew up around Springfield so I have been to Torino’s many times. One thing has changed there though. They now offer Charlie’s steaks. This is the same steaks that used to be at Charlie’s steakhouse in Clarksville, TN. I ordered the new York strip and I can easily say its the best steak I have ever had. It was HUGE and I finished every bite. The others with my party all had the chicken parmesan, and it also was fantastic. So in conclusion if you are in Springfield and your hungry then Torino’s is a great choice.

Had a drink while we waited for our pizza and hot wings. The bartender and waitresses were very friendly and attentive. I was quite tempted to eat more then a piece, but since I have to watch my sugar and carbs, I savored every bit that was on my plate. With good company, it was a great experience!

Torino’s is an Italian and Greek restaurant located in the quaint downtown of Springfield. The menu has a few Greek standards such as a Greek salad, and gyro sandwiches, but everybody comes to Torino’s for the pizza! Certainly not everyone is driving Springfield for Pizza but Springfield is one of those bedroom communities with commuters into Nashville and other metro areas. So those who live in town like to get a table and a pizza pie. We ordered the House Special Pizza, it was really a great pizza with a thinner crispy crust, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and peppers with red sauce and mozzarella cheese. The ingredients really sang on the thin crust, nothing was overpowered by the bread. It was just right. The pepperoni was crispy and not greasy so it was a good topping. The service was alright, everything came out fairly quickly, our server was new, so she was still finding her way with everything but she was friendly. The experience was good, the pizza was really good. So if you are near Springfield whether antiquing or if you live in the area, Torino’s is a good choice.
