Unlike any residence in Springfield, the artfully restored 1900’s historic building was once a provisions company and grocery warehouse. Today, after the Taylor Martin’s arduous but outstanding renovation, the structure houses 6 character-​rich luxury lofts.

Business Owner

Built around 1900 as a provisions company, this historic building later became a grocery storage warehouse and fell into disrepair until purchased by Taylor-​Martin Holdings in 2007.

Residents share this historically renovated building with BridgeBlue, a home furnishings design and sourcing company, Revel Advertising, Unleashed Life, and Obelisk Home, a home furnishings store. This ensures both a high level of aesthetics – including a rotating art gallery in the public spaces – and 24 hour security with video access and surveillance.
