Very delicious burger, I ordered the Greek burger. Made with ground lamb leg, feta cheese, red onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. So delicious and well cooked, great flavor. My first time eating here and won’t be my last

BGR was edible but not delicious. Actually maybe not even edible. We ordered the veggie burger. The bottom bun literally fell apart. Cheese is extra money. After two bites, the patty was too massive for the poor bun to hold; totally fell apart! Sweet Potato Fries were good though. Our hunger was satisfied, but we weren’t.

Well Done BGR! I’m always a little skidish of mall food courts, but I just recently visited this offering and must say was quite impressed. I tried the sliders; firstly I must note I am NOT a mayonnaise kind of person but I found the mojo sauce quite complentary to the whole thing and the crisp onions and pickle really brought my salty/sweet craving to a new level. The char on the patty crunchy but not burnt, adding a little mustard to the mix I found myself thinking of going back for seconds.

Stopped here during a shopping trip at the mall and wasn’t really impressed. Sadly I have to say SF Malls food court is pretty lacking since their update. Not worth the price once you add fries and a drink for mediocre food. I can’t remember the name of the burger I had but it came with an over easy egg and jalapenos. The egg and jalapenos were the best part as sadly the patty itself didn’t have much flavor. Fries weren’t anything special either

I just went here to grab a quick snack with my boyfriend and we thought the burger was really good! The prices are a bit high(wouldn’t come here all the time due to their prices) but it is worth it. When you get a drink, it’s free refills so that’s an added bonus! The ladies who took our order were really nice and were really patient with us. I didn’t feel rushed at all unlike some of the other places to eat in the mall. I liked how you can add a fried egg on your burger or on the side. It tasted good as well! What made me raise an eyebrow was when we got our fries, it was in a Chinese take out box! Never seen that before so thought that was kind of neat and weird at the same time. If you are at Springfield town center, give this place a try!

Nope. Not a fan. This was my first and last BGR experience. I placed my order — two sliders and an unsweetened tea. Mojo sauce was explained to me and it sounded better than it tasted. Then I waited with a buzzer as if waiting for a table at Applebee’s. And I waited. Finally, not a shy woman to begin with, but now ensnared in the horrors of mall food court hell, I went over to the counter to see what was up. I was told that the burgers take a while because they have to be well done. Now, if you are familiar with the portion size of a slider, this really shouldn’t take long at all. As I was standing there, my order came out and I was mildly appeased. I took the two innocent looking sliders to my table and with moderate gusto bit in… and got a mouthful of bread and onion. «Hey! Where’s the beef?» I thought to myself. Ahhh. The tiny patty had slid between mojo sauce and cheese to the other side. So, I tried from that angle, finally making contact with the patty. The dry and over cooked patty. The proportion was wrong — tiny little party was waaaay smaller than the tiny slider bun. That’s no fun! Sliders are supposed to be fun, right? I finished the slider, dunking it in ketchup as I went in order to restore some moisture to the dry and flavorless patty. I looked at it’s partner and down at my thighs. Nope. In the trash it went. Life is too short to waste calories on a bad burger(must remember this mantra for future burger encounters).

I came here a few weeks ago. I was on lunch(I work an anther place in the mall). I arrived when they opened at 11am. I had not wait. I ordered a medium burger with bacon, sweet potato fries and a water. Price: the only negative part of this restaurant is the price for what you get. The service: very nice and courteous workers. Quick, yet accurate when taking my order. The burger: it was just how I wanted it. It wasn’t too greasy or burnt. It tasted very good. The bacon on nice and crisp. The bun was surprisingly tasty as well. The fries: these were the best part of my meal. Hands down the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. They were nice and firm and not soggy like the other places I’ve eaten at. The portion size was almost too much I would go again but with money being tight, I can’t because their prices are what is holding me back

We are big fans of BGR, regular visitors to the restaurant on Old Keene Mill Rd.(Well-run, always tasty). The BGR at Springfield mall is terrible! We waited far too long for a small order, and the burgers were charred so badly they were inedible. I will never order from here again. This is doing a disservice to the other area BGR restaurants if people think this is representative of their fare.

Glad to see food court offering more options. A burger and fries is always a safe bet. I just can’t justify giving BGR tops ratings. Is the food good? Yes. But at the end of the day, its a burger and fries. Sometimes, a– fancy– burger flamed grilled burger with freshly baked roll with sweet potato fries-hormone free-free range beef-cooked to order burger. You get more options to customize your burger and not just a big bag of fries or a bigger bag of fries. A nice shake to top it off doesn’t hurt either if you are wearing elastic waist pants. I always leave saying, why didn’t i go to 5 guys or shake shack for my grease fix and leave with more $ in my pocket? The burger market is as crowded as ever and with $ being an issue for many people, I find them too pricey for what you get in return when there are other options equally thrilling for less. If I am at the mall and starving –I may return, but won’t make any special trips just for BGR.

Finally open BGR Joint in the Springfield Town Center. As always I come for the best burgers in town… But sadly today was the day, perhaps b/c being in the mall that they made food faster than normal to cut wait time? We order 2 burger box sets . Pulled Barbecue pork(W/p Cole slaw) which of course came with it :( And the 2nd burger was suppose to med cook… Not Red blood pink :( The manger replace both burgers and got our money back. Its worth to go the a sit-in BGR than a mall one.

Finally some variety in the Springfield Mall food court! After much anticipation, BGR finally opened just before Thanksgiving in 2015. The outreach the staff showed was outstanding with the local management team showcasing their friendly demeanor and passion about quality food. The menu is full with chicken, turkey, fish, and premium ground beef all available. For the health conscious there is the choice to go bunless or have a salad opposed to fries. Nutritional info is on the menu in a nice touch. Even your sweet tooth will be served with actual ice cream shakes at half the cost of the Häagen Dasz in the same food court. A full meal including sandwich, fries, and a drink can be had for $ 10 making pricing reasonable and the burgers can even be made to order. And at least one free soda refill can be had. Due to the customer nature and amount of choice the order and wait system encompasses a pager but still more organized than other fast casual options. At this point this is easily the first and best reason to enjoy food inside of the mall. The sit down restaurants outside are too expensive and over priced. Enjoy this gem!
