I went in here cuz I needed an oil change (obviously!). Well I’m new to the area and didn’t understand the whole drive thru oil change thing. Well… it is amazing! The guys who took care of me were very professional and worked very quickly. They communicated well and I left knowing that the service I received was top-​notch!

Amazing service, honest, quick, good team work and should be #1 in Lane County. My oil plug had stripped the oil pan by another big box store that didn’t know what they were doing. They told us they couldn’t do an oil change, just plain and simple, I needed an oil pan!
When we went in there and they were super good about showing us the problem, with the oil plug and pan, they did what they could do to keep us running without leaking and referred us to someone that could actually rethread my oil pan instead of replacing it. I was so impressed I think I will go there from now on with all my vehicles.

This is one of the best oil change businesses that I have visited. I am someone who usually has my guard up around mechanics and deeply dreads when my car is due for service. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone that I interacted with was approachable and straightforward. Best part was how inexpensive my total was! I think this was the cheapest oil change I’ve ever gotten!
I was so satisfied with my experience that I drove home, grabbed my boyfriends car, and drove right back to have his serviced as well.

Called to see if I needed to make an appointment, but found out it was first come, first serve basis. Didn’t have to wait at all when I got there and the men working immediately began working on the car.
I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were so thorough and detailed and there was very little pressure to replace and add things on, like I always feel to when I get my oil changed. They have awesome service and I’m now a permanent customer!

Never thought I would review an oil change place but I was actually blown away. Fastest, most efficient, most polite and through service I’ve ever had in 15 years of driving, with amazing prices. Also best windshield cleaning I’ve ever had. 10 stars.

Best oil change ever. Guy was helpful, kind and friendly. Showed us the air filter and the oil dipstick. Offered tranny fluid but later stated that they didn’t have the type I needed so they couldn’t flush and fill. (Which is awesome because in the past Wal-​Mart has used the wrong fluid when they were out of my car’s type and blew up my engine. Then said it wasn’t their fault. Yeah, don’t go to Wal-​Mart.)
Will gladly go back again when another oil change is needed.
