I went here with my bridal party the day before my wedding. I scheduled appointments for manicures and pedicures for the 7 of us. They took us all back at once and got us out quickly. They had snacks and«beverages» waiting for us upon arrival, and handed me a congratulatory card as I left. Very good customer service.

This is my go to nail salon. I’ve never had a bad experience with manicures or pedicures.

I visit this salon frequently for pedicures, massages and(less often) manicures. In order to rate it fairly, I need to separately evaluate the services. Because I’ve had mostly pedicures and massages, I will rate those two services. Pedicures – All mine have been really good. The cost is a little more than other places I’ve visited, but it’s worth $ 35-$ 40 to me if I get an extended foot and leg massage. I like the herbal detox pedicure. Most times, I have been greeted in a friendly manner and seated pretty quickly. Often it’s the owner or manager who greets me, so he seems involved in the daily running of the business. I also really like that I don’t have to listen to the blaring TV as I have in other nail salons. They play soft music instead, which is much more relaxing. Overall rating: B+ Massage – These haven’t been as good or as consistent. Some of the therapists are better than others. At $ 50 for an hour session, the price is quite inexpensive. However, I have noticed the cost-cutting a bit too much in the execution of the massage; the walls are very thin in the room, so it’s not especially relaxing. You can hear everything going on outside. The lotion that is used is cold and inexpensive; it looks like ordinary lotion you would buy at a drugstore. The table isn’t particularly cushy and there is no heated blanket or towel. Finally, as I already mentioned, the skill level of the massage therapist varies. They also skip the standard process of giving the customer a bottle of water at the end of the massage. It’s these combined touches that are needed for an exceptional experience. Overall rating: C So the takeaway is if you want a relaxing, thorough herbal pedicure, I would recommend this place. If you’re looking for a high quality massage, it’s probably best to skip Soak Nails and pay a little more at a salon that specializes in massage or features qualified massage therapists.

Two girlfriends and I went in for pedicures and weren’t greeted by a friendly face but instead just directed to sign in. Then, although we were the only ones waiting, there was confusion over who we were on the sign in sheet. We were quickly seated but I was wondering why no one uses the one wall of pedicure stations which are significantly nicer than the ones they always use. I’m not sure the person that did my pedicures name was but it was a male and he did a good job. He was nice and I have no complaints. However I noticed the place really lacked good sanitation and hygiene. I noticed flies kept landing on their supplies(which definitely looked worn, low-quality, and old) I never saw anyone clean a station and the towels they use for the relaxing pedicure look like dish clothes. It wasn’t relaxing because the girl giving my friend a pedicure next to me kept answering her phone and texting during the pedicure — very rude. Also my other friends nail technician caused quite alot of pain and persisted to try to rip a part of her toenail out. After pleading and pulling her foot away she finally got the message. Afterwards we noticed when she was servicing another girl, the client was wincing and pulling her feet away too. My technician was friendly and smiley but my two friend’s techs never smiled and seemed pretty miserable. All in all, I wouldn’t return since I never caught my techs name I can’t request an appointment with him and there are more friendly, higher quality places in the area.

Great quality and friendly service. Came in mid-day on a tuesday which was great because there was no wait. The color selection here is great. My mani/pedi with Mary was thorough and relaxing and best of all my shellac mani came with a 10 day warranty.
