If there was a way to leave negative stars I would leave 3. Ironically, the quality of care is superb, but the quality of customer service and billing is atrocious. Typical I suppose of a pseudo state run organization. The people charged with the billing and service side are seemingly inept, uninterested and take no responsibility. After finally solving a $ 300 issue regarding a covered procedure that was improperly coded, which took no less than a 15 phone calls and 5 months, i was told I had a credit balance. When I inquired as to if/when the credit would be refunded I was told it could take 30 days, because«they have thousands». Well, it’s already been months and no refund. I think I know why they have thousands of refunds to process… like I said, inept. Way too much trouble for a routine physical.
