Established in 1948.
Saputo’s was started in 1948 by Frank and Joe Saputo. All the recipes were passed to the boys from Mama Saputo who worked in the kitchen !! Today the tradition continues Mama Saputo is gone but, her granddaughter and Great grandson our mixing up her old world recipes.

Saputo’s is the oldest restaurant in Springfield owned by the same family. All the sauces, meatballs, sausage. and salad dressing are only made by a Saputo family member. This started with Mama Saputo and moving into the 5th generation.
