S & S Engraving

Extremely disappointed. We visited the kiosk located in the Upper Valley Mall. We discussed with the clerk that we wanted to purchase a business card holder with a tasteful, elegant personalized inscription. Upon receiving our engraved business card holder, we were surprised to see the font size ridiculously enlarged making our gift look tacky and cheap. We explained to the clerk that the workmanship did not meet our expectations or what we had previously discussed. When we requested S&S re-​do the engraving, we were quickly told all sales are final. S&S does not take pride in their work. Until S&S re-​evaluates their customer service policy, recommend you avoid and visit a more reputable vendor such as Things Remembered.
