My wedding planner suggested this company for our upcoming wedding, and I was all for it… until I saw the responses by the owner to the negative reviews. I am appalled by what I’ve read, and I would like to suggest to the owner that he try a different route and respond the way a professional in any industry should: «We’re terribly sorry you had a bad experience and would like to make it up to you in the future, should you wish to give us a second chance.» that is the only appropriate response… otherwise potential customers such as myself see the way you handle a complaint and think «why would I take that chance?». Just a suggestion. But I’m sure I’m going to get some kind of childish response similar to the ones he left others.

I got married almost 3 years ago. I decided to splurge and rent the Bentley because my St. Bernard, Bentley had just passed. This was in honor of him and meant a lot to me. I was spending about $ 1000 to go 3 miles and to take pictures with the car. Kinda crazy! We come out of the church and there was a Rolls Royce, not Bentley. So I just wasted $ 1000. It turns out the Bentley needed repairs (I understand things happen) so John the owner sent the Rolls instead because he thought he was doing me a favor. The car was beautiful but that’s not the issue. His mistake. I called him the next day and explained the problem. He never apologized, never gave me a 20, 10 or even 5% reimbursement. Nothing. This top notch company does not have top notch customer service. He couldn’t make a simple phone call to ask which car I would like instead??? Every review I have written he has stated «in the contract he can change cars»…he has no humanity or compassion. In other peoples reviews he always has an excuse and will NOT accept responsibility. So here it is almost 3 years later he is challenging my review of Wedding Wire. LADIES BEWARE!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would, but the website makes you at least choose one star. We rented the 1957 Bentley for our wedding and it was the WORST experience ever! First of all, the driver would not wait for me (the bride) to come from my hotel room, instead he made me rush to come down and told my bridesmaids to tell me to «hurry» and rushed me out of my bridal suite into the car. I did not want any of my guests to see me, but he made me rush. I was waiting for my wedding coordinator to walk me down, but instead he kept telling everyone to get the bride. Second, the A/​C was NOT working. It was a 90 degree day and the air was blowing out hot air. It was the most miserable ride imaginable and it was suppose to be special between my dad and I before he walked me down the aisle and it was not. The driver suggested to open the window because he said the a/​c was not working and we did, but it just ruined my hair flying everwhere. Even the driver said he does not know why the owner markets the car has having A/​C as it does not work. So imagine this, I wrote the owner an email saying that we did not have a good experience. He replied in a nasty way and never apologized. As a customer he should have at least apologized. Instead he insisted that the A/​C was working but was being real nasty about it. It also took days for him to reply to any of my emails. DO NOT work with this company unless you would like HORRIBLE service. I could send you the emails for proof that this owner is rude so just comment below and I will send them your way. RUDE and HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
