BUYER BEWARE! These guys are OK with selling defective product! I purchased a wiring harness and upon inspection there was a nick in the insulation of the wiring. I contacted them by email requesting a small chunk of heat shrink to quickly repair myself. After a day and no reply I contacted Michael by phone who advised me to return for an exchange, which I did; a delay in my project. 6 days later I just got off the phone with Carl Nagy who said he was customer service (he would not let me talk to the manager) and he stated that the nick in the harness (which he didn’t deny was there) was of no consequence. I did get a full refund, but Carl stated that their quality control was not as good as mine and that they could not meet my expectations.

Oh, the farkles! I love the fact that they have an entire section devoted just to my DR650 — there are so many awesome things there — I have purchased the IMS tank, the lowered footpegs, the little bugslapper and an extra clutch cable from these folks. They are always great with customer service and it’s a pleasure doing business with them. The prices are reasonable and the selection is fantastic — I highly recommend them!
